Hey, I’m Tiffany! I’ve lived in Canada for the past three years and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master of Education in Counselling and a Bachelor of Psychology degree. I work with individuals aged 15+ across BC on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, suicidality, relationship challenges, grief, and ADHD.
The foundation of my practice is a person-centred, trauma-informed approach. This means we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll figure out what your needs and goals are, and the best way to achieve them in a way that’s sustainable for you. I also integrate elements from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to make sure we find what works best for you. I’m also certified in DBT Skills Training and have facilitated Traumatic Loss Support Groups.
Some random things about me. I’m of Icelandic and Chinese descent and grew up in Cape Town, South Africa. In my 20s, I lived in Norway and South Korea, working odd jobs to support my tuition. When I’m not counselling, I love reading, watching horror movies, hiking, and travelling.
Finding a counsellor you connect with can be tough, so I offer a free 20-minute consultation before our first appointment. If, for any reason, we’re not the right fit, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who may be better suited to your needs.

Hey, I’m Emily!
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who works with clients aged 15+ virtually through phone or video sessions.
Life can be overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to know where to turn or who to talk to. Taking the first step into counselling can feel scary and vulnerable, so my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and free to be your authentic self. I believe in the power of feeling seen and heard through life’s challenges. Together we can find a path forward that lightens the load.
My approach to counselling is rooted in trauma-informed and person-centred care, meaning I meet you where you are. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support as you navigate the challenges you’re facing. Together, we can also explore how past experiences may be affecting you in the here and now.
I incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on living in alignment with your core values while learning to accept your thoughts and emotions rather than struggling against them.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide, or challenges in your relationships, I’m here to support you. In our work together we will find a balance of creating a space where you feel deeply heard while also exploring practical strategies to help you move forward.
Come as you are—we’ll figure out the next steps together.

Hi! I’m Jane!
Owner of FWCC and one of three counselors here to help you navigate life’s complexities.
I offer primarily individual counselling sessions for ages 10+ and am able to offer family and couples sessions with a minimum booking of two sessions for individual work prior to group sessions.
Through my own lived experience as a an AudHD’r, fab mom of neuro-diverse kids, I’ve learned that I like to do counselling differently than traditional talk-therapy, and inherently relate to many shared struggles that we as neurodivergents experience across the lifespan. Not to mention the challenges that continue into adulthood, parenting and beyond.
I have spent many hyper-focused hours researching and training on the latest tools and techniques to provide clients with my own offering of Neuro-Affirming Therapy (counselling specifically tailored for those who identify or have diagnosed profiles of neurodivergence: i.e. ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, OCD, PDA, HSP).
As you might imagine, even trauma-informed practice, grief and loss, and “talking about feelings” and “feeling feelings” looks a lot different from a neurodiverse lens. Above all, I know feeling understood and not having to over-explain yourself is ultimately what is needed for us to foster growth, and have a great therapeutic relationship. We can tackle demand avoidance, rejection sensitivity, sensory issues, and find creative solutions to your daily barriers.
My office space grows more cozy as time goes by. I have sensory-safe lighting, seating, and all sorts of sensory items and activities to keep your hands and body busy while we have sessions. I love bringing my bunnies or my tabby cat to Sunday sessions if you would like to request them in advance*.
Only available when outside temps are between 20 and -10
If you’re unsure about where to start, booking a free consult is a great way to see my space, ask questions, and see if I’m a good fit. We love it when people shop around and want to support you finding the right connection.
